Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice whose focus is to align the body, mind and spirit. It transforms energy and creates new space within to re-organize the inner world. In practice, Kundalini Yoga concentrates on revitalizing the nervous system, balancing the glandular system, supporting the immunity and body's defence mechanisms, releasing inner blocks and strengthening the physical body.

The tools of Kundalini Yoga are versatile: Asanas (body postures), Kriyas (specific directed active sequences), Pranayama (breathing patterns), Mantras (mentally or verbally repeated sounds/words) and Meditation (the practice of attention and awareness) along with other techniques together build physical strength and stamina as well as mental and spiritual health.

Prenatal Yoga offers simple and effective exercises to open and strengthen the body, which is going through a lot of changes during the pregnancy. It is doing something good for you and the unborn baby by creating space, taking a moment to pause and easing physical discomforts. Prenatal Yoga will help you to enjoy your pregnancy and prepare for the childbirth.

Postnatal Yoga with baby is designed to help the body to recover after pregnancy and birth by focusing on realigning the body and posture, closing the navel gap and strengthening the pelvic floor. It is offering a nurturing place for the mother to practice while being with the baby - bringing emotional stability, relieving discomforts and restoring the body. The classes are suitable for mothers after around 6 weeks after giving birth.

Through physical exercise, relaxation and breathing techniques, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga offers gentle yet effective way to bring well-being in to your day to day life.

Breathwork or Pranayama refers to exercises and techniques where breathing patterns are intentionally changed. In Sanskrit Pranayama is a compound of two words: prana (the vital life force) and yama (to control). Our breath is one of the most powerful, practical and effective tools to improve mental and physical well-being – and the best part is, that where ever we go, it comes with us.

Bringing our awareness to our breath for a specific amount of time can be very simple or more complicated. Different techniques have different purposes and targets from promoting deep relaxation, decreasing levels of stress and anxiety and releasing negative thoughts to gaining focus, boosting immunity and feeling energized.
